摘要：Job opportunity is still a major problem for economic development in Indonesia. In order to accelerate economic development, industrialization is one of the government's strategy. One of them is the silver industry in Sukawati. The purpose of this study are to analyze the direct effect of capital and wage rate to the production value, the direct effect of capital, wage rate, and production value to the labor absorption, and to analyze the indirect effect of capital and wage rate to labor absorption through production value of silver industry in Sukawati, Gianyar. This study is using a Proportional Random Sampling technique with 86 samples. Data were tested using validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using path analysis. The result show that the direct effect of first sub-structural equation is capital has positive and significant impact to production value and wage rate has negative and not significant impact to production value.The result of second sub-structural equation show that capital and production value have positive and significant impact to labor absorption, while wage rate has negative and not significant impact to labor absorption. For the indirect effect, capital has a positive impact to production value and wage rate has a n^ative impact to production value.
其他摘要：Kesempatan keqa masih menjadi masalah utama bagi pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Untuk usaha mempercepat pembangunan ekonomi, industrialisasi merupakan salah satu strategi yang dilakukan pemerintah. Salah satunya adalah industri kerajinan perak di Kecamatan Sukawati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung modal, tingkat upah terhadap nilai produksi, pengaruh langsung modal, tingkat upah dan nilai produksi terhadap penyerapan tenaga keija, serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung modal dan tingkat upah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja melalui nilai produksi pada industri kerajinan perak di Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 86 sampel. Data diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menyatakan untuk pengaruh langsung persamaan substruktural pertama modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai produksi dan tingkat upah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai produksi. Untuk pengaruh langsung persamaan substruktural kedua modal dan nilai produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga keija sedangkan tingkat upah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga keija. Untuk pengaruh tidak langsung variabel modal berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai produksi. Variabel tingkat upah berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai produksi.
