摘要：This research aimed to analyze investment potentials and investment business climate based on creative economies in Denpasar City. In order to achieve this research objective, Location Quotient (LQ), Anova, and Performance-Importance Analysis techniques were employed. Research utilized both secondary and primary data. Research results showed that creative economy-based investment potentials and those which were expandable in Denpasar City include: handicraft, printing and publishing, fashion, culinary and music. There were differences in the impact of number of workforce and investment and economic value per creative economy sub-sector as follows: the workforce posed significant impact on handicraft, printing and culinary; while investment and economic value significantly impacted handicraft, fashion and culinary. Developments of creative economy-based investments which need to be highly prioritized, given attention to and properly handled by Denpasar City Government include: (1) operational efficiency assistance; (2) product marketing assistance; (3) assistance in human resources quality improvement; (4) assistance in funding fulfillment through loans; (5) assistance in maintenance of activity sustainability; (6) assistance in product distributions.
其他摘要：Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi investasi dan iklim usaha investasi berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Kota Denpasar. Guna mencapai tujuan penelitian digunakan teknik analisis Location Quotient (LQ), Anova, dan Performance-Important Analysis. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi investasi berbasis ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan di Kota Denpasar meliputi : kerajinan, penerbitan dan percetakan, fesyen, kuliner dan musik. Terdapat perbedaan jumlah tenaga kerja, investasi dan nilai ekonomis per sub-sektor ekonomi kreatif, antara lain: tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan pada subsektor kerajinan, percetakan dan kuliner; investasi dan nilai ekonomis berpengaruh signifikan pada subsektor kerajinan, fesyen dan kuliner. Pengembangan Investasi ekonomi kreatif yang perlu menjadi prioritas utama, mendapatkan perhatian dan penanganan Pemerintah Kota Denpasar meliputi: (1) bantuan kelancaran operasional; (2) bantuan pemasaran hasil produksi; (3) bantuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM; (4) bantuan pendanaan melalui hutang, (5) bantuan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan aktivitas; dan (6) bantuan pendistribusian hasil produksi.
