摘要：The aim of this study is to examine the effects of creative drama-based instruction on students’ mathematic self-efficacy and their achievements of the comprehension and application levels in mathematics.The research activities were applied for a total of 20 hours in five weeks at a Middle School in Muğla in the 2012-2013.A total of forty-one students,twenty in the experimental groups and twenty-one in the control groups,participated in the students.Mathematics self-efficacy scale,the comprehension and the application achievement tests were the data collection tools.Data were analyzed with t-test by comparing the average arranged according to pretest-posttest experimental research scores.Results showed that creative drama-based instruction increased students’ achievements much more than the method written on the instructional program at prisms unit at sixth grate mathematics lesson.Moreover,creative drama-based instruction increased students’ self-efficacy towards mathematics.
其他摘要：Bu araştırmada,yaratıcı drama yönteminin matematik dersinde öğrencilerin farklı öğrenme düzeylerine ve öz-yeterlik algılarına etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırma 2012–2013 eğitim öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı Muğla ilinin Dalaman ilçesinde bulunan bir devlet Ortaokulu’nda 5 hafta süreyle 20 ders saati boyunca uygulanmıştır.Çalışma,deney grubu 20,kontrol grubu 21 olmak üzere toplam 41 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür.Araştırmada ön-test son-test kontrol gruplu deneysel desen kullanılmıştır.Araştırma suresince kullanılan veri toplama araçları;Umay (2002) tarafından geliştirilen “Matematik Öz-yeterlik Algısı Ölçeği” ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kavrama ve uygulama düzeylerindeki başarı testleridir.Elde edilen veriler,t-testi analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre yaratıcı drama yöntemi,öğrenci başarısını öğretim programında bulunan yöntemlere göre daha çok arttırmıştır.Ayrıca yaratıcı drama yöntemi öğrencilerin matematik dersine yönelik öz-yeterlik algılarını da olumlu yönde etkilemiştir.
