摘要：Bu çalışmada,Mersin Üniversitesi [ME.Ü.] Eğitim Fakültesi’nin örgüt yapısının,bilgiye ulaşma,bilgiyi kullanma,bilgiyi paylaşma ve bu bilgileri topluma yayma bakımından durumunun betimlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bu amaçla 2004-2005 eğitim-öğretim yılında ME.Ü.Eğitim Fakültesi’nde görevli 32 öğretim elemanına Tunç ve Başaran (2004) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Bilgi Kültürü Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır.Öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerine göre,ME.Ü.Eğitim Fakültesi’ndeki bilgiye ilişkin kültürel yapının orta ve iyi düzeyde olduğu gözlenmişken,öğretim elemanlarının görüşlerinin,cinsiyete ve bölüme göre farklılaştığı ancak unvana ve mesleki kıdeme göre ise farklılaşmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır.
其他摘要：Knowledge Culture on the University: The Case of Mersin University Faculty of Education – In this study,it’s aimed to describe organizational structure of the Mersin University Faculty of Education in terms of reaching knowledge,using knowledge,sharing knowledge and disseminating knowledge to the society.The data gathered from academics who work at Faculty of Education in the 2004-2005 education year by means of “The Organizational Knowledge Culture Scale” which was developed by Tunç and Başaran (2004).According to the academics,the structure of the knowledge culture of the Education Faculty is middle and good.As a result there are no significant difference between academics’ views in terms of academic rank and experience;on the other hand there are significant differences between academics’ views in terms of gender and departments.
