摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı,yalnızca insanlarla yüz yüze çalışan meslek dallarında değil,tüm meslek dallarında çalışanların tükenmişlik düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla geliştirilmiş olan Tükenmişlik Ölçeği’nin (TÖ) (Pines ve Aronson,1988) Türkçe uyarlama çalışmasını yapmaktır.Araştırmanın çalışma grubu,Mersin İli Belediye sınırları içinde çeşitli meslek gruplarında çalışmakta olan 876 çalışandan oluşmaktadır.Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda,orijinal ölçeğe benzer sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek için hesaplanan Cronbach alfa iç tutarlık katsayısı α=0,93 olarak bulunmuştur.Test tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı ise tekstil atölyesi grubu için 0,85,öğretmen grubu için 0,83 olarak bulunmuştur.Ölçeğin ölçüt bağıntılı geçerliğini incelemek amacıyla Maslach ve Jackson (1981) tarafından geliştirilen ve Ergin (1992) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Eğitimci Formu (MTE-EF) uygulanmıştır.Tükenmişlik Ölçeği toplam puanları ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Eğitimci Formu (MTE-EF) alt ölçek puanları arasındaki korelasyonlar sırasıyla 0,57,0,30 ve -0,22 olarak hesaplanmıştır.Bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
其他摘要：Turkish Adaptation of the Burnout Measure: A Reliability and Validity Study – The purpose of this study is to realize the Turkish adaptation of the Burnout Measure (BM) (Pines & Aronson,1988) which was developed to measure the burnout levels of employees from all occupations.The research group consists of 876 employees from Mersin.The results of the factor analysis of the scale which was held to reveal the factor structure of the scale seem similar to the original scale.Cronbach alpha correlation coefficient of the scale was found as α= 0,92.Test-retest reliability coefficient was also computed and found as 0,83 and 0,89.The Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Form (MBI-EF) which was developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) and adopted to Turkish by Ergin (1992) was employed in order to measure the criterion referenced validity of the scale.The correlations between the total scores of the scale and the total the subscale scores of Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educator Form (MBI-EF) are computed as 0,57,0,30,and -0,22 in order.The findings were also discussed considering the literature review.
