摘要：The effectiveness of public service delivery system is an important aspect to ensure that national development can be implemented effectively.The effectiveness of public service delivery system will raise community satisfaction on the services delivered.Thus to improve the public service delivery system from time to time,the study on the existing problems should be conducted eventually.Therefore this article articulates the problems of public service delivery system in Indonesia,especially in Kutai Kartanegara Regency.
其他摘要：Keefektifan sistem pelayanan pelayanan publik merupakan aspek penting untuk memastikan bahwa pembangunan Negara dapat dilaksanakan dengan efektif.Sistem pelayanan yang efektif akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan.Bagi memastikan pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan publik ini dapat diperbaiki dari masa ke semasa,kajian terhadap permasalahan yang timbul perlulah terlebih dahulu dilaksanakan.Oleh itu artikel ini membincangkan tentang permasalahan sistem pelayanan publik di Indonesia terutamanya yang dialami oleh Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara.
