摘要：Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan metode pengkajian Al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan metode Tafsir Double Movement.Sebuah pendekatan baru yang menekankan pada kesadaran pada teks (text),konteks (context),dan kontekstualisasi.Sifat Al-Qur’an yang bersifat historis menyebabkan munculnya gagasan dan teori hermeneutika (metode penafsiran).Teori ini menjadi kerja-usaha yang sangat mendesak untuk dikembangkan dalam memahami makna Al-Qur’an secara utuh.Harapannya,bagian-bagian teologis dan etika legalnya dapat ditempatkan dalam keseluruhan (totalitas) yang padu.Fazlur Rahman mengkritisi bahwa metode penafsiran klasik cenderung menggunakan pendekatan dalam menginterpretasikan al-Qur’an secara terpisah-pisah,sehingga mengakibatkan munculnya persoalan baru.Para mufassir telah menerapkan penafsiran ayat per ayat sesuai kronologinya dalam mushaf,kendati terkadang merujuk kepada ayat yang lain.Fazlurrahman mengasumsikan bahwa pola hubungan atau model pewahyuan yang dibangun antara al-Qur’an (sebagai sebuah teks,The Text),Allah adalah pengarang (The author),dan Muhammad (The Reader and the author).Pengasumsian Muhammad sebagai penerima sekaligus pembicara ini menegaskan bahwa secara psikologi Muhammad berpartisipasi baik mental maupun intelektual dalam penerimaan wahyu itu.
其他摘要：Today,journalistic world increasingly find its freedom.Its effects can no longer be taken lightly.Therefore,there should be some rules to control and to command the journalists,not to restrict it.Related to this issue,the normative sources of Islam,the Qur'an encourage people to speak the truth,honestly and in accordance with the facts (QS.al-Ahzab [33]: 70).In another verse,Allah also orders to stay away from the prejudice that would bring doubt and untruth (QS.alHujurat [49]: 12),nor slander broadcast news in various forms (QS.al-Nur [24]: 19) and the reader should check the truth first before receive it (QS.al-Hujurat [49]: 6).Some of these verses are references to the news makers or journalist in their work,as well as for the consumers when they receive the news.At this paper,the dialogue between the Qur'an with the phenomenon of journalism displayed by using the comparative nature of the interconnection pattern (in this case the journalistic ethics of the Press Council and the decision of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission and journalistic ethics in the Qur'an).About exegesis of the Qur'an,the method is used is ijmali and it did not interpret all of the content of verse,only partly related to the news.
