摘要：Based on the reality on the ground with various reasons,the housing has undergone a physical change by the wishes and needs of its inhabitants in a relatively short period.Housing is not only seen from the quantitative perspective but also is about its quality and suitable with the socio-economic condition.The improving of physical quality is directly proportional to the level of quality of life of its inhabitants.In the framework of realization of self-actualization trigger,physical changes in the residential houses depend on the abilities,desires,and needs of each family.There are many uncontrolled activities of housing physical development,particularly in the Perumnas and related to the development and physical changes in the home that have an impact on environmental damage,so that its existence should receive special attention.This research takes the object on the Perumnas Sendangmulyo.The research conducts on 83 households in the sample of 497 households.The research methodology used the quantitative methodology by questionnaires,interviews,and observations.Analysis techniques aim to find the linkages between variables using the cross-tabulation and chisquare analysis,double regression and contingency coefficient correlation.The analysis results show that there is the correlation between the quality of life and the physical changes of housing related to the family’s economic and social condition.The level of housing transformations of housing is influenced by the level of income,education,family size,and motivation.The employment condition has no effect on the physical changes of housing.
其他摘要：Berdasarkan kenyataan dengan berbagai alasan,perumahan telah mengalami perubahan fisik sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pemiliknya dalam waktu yang relatif singkat.Rumah tidak hanya dilihat dari aspek kuantitatif,tetapi juga berkembang dalam hal kualitas dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sosial ekonomi seiring dengan pengembangan keluarga.Peningkatan kualitas fisik perumahan berbanding lurus dengan tingkat kualitas hidup penghuni dan keberlanjutan perumahan.Pemicu aktualisasi diri melalui transformasi rumah tinggal yang tergantung pada kemampuan,keinginan dan kebutuhan masing-masing keluarga.Banyak kegiatan perumahan yang tidak terkendali pembangunan fisiknya,khususnya di rumah sederhana (RS) Perumnas terkait dengan transformasi rumah berdampak pada kerusakan lingkungan.Penelitian dilakukan di Perumahan Perumnas Sendangmulyo dengan 83 sampel dari 497 rumah tangga dengan metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner,wawancara,dan observasi.Teknik analisis mencari keterkaitan antar variabel dengan metode tabulasi silang dan analisis chi-square dan korelasi koefisien kontingensi.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh antara kualitas hidup dengan perubahan fisik di rumah yang ada dalam transformasi kualitas perumahan berkaitan dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi penghuni.Tingkat transformasi perumahan di Perumnas Sendangmulyo dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendapatan,pendidikan,ukuran keluarga dan motivasi.Jenis pekerjaan tidak berpengaruh pada perubahan fisik perumahan.
