其他摘要:Rencana pengembangan monorail dan tramway di Kota Surabaya memberi konsekuensi pada penetapan pergerakan berbasis transit.Konsep TOD (Transit Oriented Development) bertujuan untuk mendorong penggunaan moda transit melalui pengembangan kawasan sekitar titik transit.Hasil studi di dunia menunjukkan keberhasilan TOD dalam mendorong penggunaan moda transit melalui intervensi penggunaan lahan sekitar titik transit.Oleh karena itu,perlunya upaya pengembangan kawasan berbasis TOD guna mewujudkan transportasi yang berkelanjutan.Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pengembangan kriteria kawasan berbasis TOD di kawasan transit,yaitu dengan karakteristik penggunaan lahan bercampur,intensitas kegiatan tingg,desain sirkulasi dan jaringan jalan yang terintegrasi dan desain kawasan yang ramah bagi pejalan kaki/pesepeda.
