摘要:In the process of project management,the fi rst step is to undertake the design of appropriate organizations,which will be responsible for the management of the project.This means that the initial phase of the project management process is to design an organizational structure with all the required managers and perpetrators,whose task will be to effi ciently manage the project.For this purpose,all commonly known methods and organizational techniques are used in order to form an appropriate organization to manage the project,i.e.,well known methods of designing organizational structures are primarily used.Given the extraordinary importance that a project manager has in the organization of project management,defi ning the positions and roles of project managers and their various connections and relationships requires the use of subtle organizational methods and techniques.The same applies to the defi nition and functioning of the project team,which,together with the project manager,continuously work on the effi cient management of the project.The starting task of the engaged management team is the preparation of the project plan,which in practice often strolls from its original course decreasing the overall effi ciency of the project.In respect,a less familiar but very effi cient project management system has developed in recent years,and is based on three-member network related structures,including: the WBS structures,OBS structures and PBS structures.As a result,this paper demonstrates this kind of project planning through the example of the construction of hotel “Srebrenica” in Srebrenica,with the goal of being presented primarily to investors and less experienced project managers.
其他摘要:U procesu upravljanja projektom prvi korak koji se preduzima je projektovanje odgovarajuće organizacije koja će biti zadužena za upravljanje projektom.Znači,početna faza u procesu upravljanja projektom je projektovanje jedne organizacione strukture sa svim potrebnim menadžerima i izvršiocima,čiji će zadatak biti da efi kasno upravljaju projektom.U tu svrhu se koriste sve poznate organizacione metode i tehnike da bi se formirala odgovarajuća organizacija za upravljanje projektom,odnosno,koriste se prije svega poznate metode projektovanja organizacione strukture.S obzirom na izuzetan značaj koji za organizaciju za upravljanje projektom ima menadžer projekta,defi nisanje njegovog mjesta i uloge u tome zahtijeva korištenje suptilnih organizacionih metoda i tehnika.Isto se odnosi i na defi nisanje i funkcionisanje projektnog tima,koji zajedno sa menadžerom projekta permanentno radi na efi kasnom vođenju projekta.Startni zadatak angažovanog menadžerskog tima čini priprema plana projekta,u čemu u praksi ima velikih lutanja koja obaraju ukupnu efi kasnost projekta.U tom smislu poslednjih godina u svijetu se razvija za sada manje poznat,ali veoma efi kasan sistem planiranja pojekta zasnovan na tročlanim mrežno povezanim strukturama,i to na: WBS strukturi,OBS strukturi i PBS strukturi.U radu se prikazuje takav način planiranja projekta na primjeru gradnje Hotela ‘’Srebrenica’’ u Srebrenici,sa ciljem da se on prikaže naročito investitorima i manje iskusnim projektnim menadžerima.
