摘要：In the moment of choosing the best investment projects,the investitures face with some diffi culties.In order to solve that problem,he conducts an economic and fi nancial analysis for each project in order to analyse all the projects and recommend one of them.In this process you can use the dynamical and statistical assessment of eff ectiveness of investment.Th e given results can show the confl ict situations,the certain criteria give the priority to one of the projects,and the other criteria to the second project.Th is phenomenon is known as the confl ict in rankings,and as itself makes the problem in the process of choosing the best investment,and it’s necessary to solve it.Th is paper work gives possible the confl ict in rankings solution.Using the multi-criteria analyses,primarily using the TOPSIS methods is very helpful because it rearrange the projects and provides the best solutions,in solving the confl icts in rankings.
其他摘要：Prilikom donošenja investicione odluke investitoru se javlja problem izbora između više investicionih projekata.Da bi riješio taj problem on za svaki od tih projekata vrši ekonomsko-fi nansijsku analizu pomoću koje analizira projekte i daje prednost jednom od njih.Pri tome se mogu koristi dinamičke i statičke ocjene efi kasnosti investicija.Dobijeni rezultati primjenom ovih ocjena mogu dati konfl iktne situacije,tj.da određeni kriterij daje prednost jednom a drugi kriterij drugom projektu.Ta pojava se naziva konfl ikt u rangiranju i ona predstavlja problem za izbor najbolje investicije i potrebno je nju riješiti.Ovaj rad daje moguće rješenje konfl ikta u rangiranju.Pomoću višekriterijske analize tj.prvenstveno upotrebom TOPSIS metode rangiraju se projekti i daju se solucije na koji način je moguće dobiti jedinstvenu odluku i tako riješiti konfl ikt u rangiranju.
