  • 摘要:The B4C-CeO2 composites were prepared by pressure-free infiltration method. The chemical reactions and products of CeO2 and B4C in the temperature range of 20~1500 were studied by TG-DTA and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the B4C and CeO2 reaction products are CeB4, B, CeBO3 in 550~1240 and the product of CeO2 reaction with B4C is CeB6 in the temperature range of 1240~1300℃.
