摘要：The article presents a model for assessing the effectiveness of the tool for forecasting the timing and direction of the product (product) modernization. The authors gave a justification for the developed model, derived formulas that help determine the timing of modernization, the intensity of allocating resources for it, and make a justified choice of the direction of this modernization.
