摘要：Ngoc Linh Ginseng is a medicinal plant with high economic value and has been selected by the Prime Minister of Vietnam as a national brand product. Ngoc Linh ginseng development has helped a lot of households in Nam Tra My mountainous district, Quang Nam, Vietnam escape from poverty and become billionaires in just 4 years. The article explains that success through research and analysis of stakeholders’ roles from central and local governments to business organizations and people in the conservation and development of Ngoc Linh ginseng. The article also implies suggestions for the development of other agricultural products.
