摘要：The issues concerning the study of topical problems of generation and development of the region cluster environment in the agro-industrial complex economy of the Rostov region in current economic conditions are considered in the paper. On the basis of the study, it is proved that the development of a region cluster environment in the agricultural sector can be achieved by the use of the more specific innovation policy in the agro-industrial complex upon the availability of the response strategy for given problems solution integrating structural and product policies.
