摘要：Durante los últimos años, la progresiva consolidación de una “cultura urbanística emergente” ha puesto en cuestión la relevancia alcanzada por los grandes proyectos urbanos, principalmente por su tendencia a generar objetos arquitectónicos aislados, sin referencia al entorno ni al contexto, y proclives a la dispersión y la fragmentación territorial. Dicho cuestionamiento invita a retomar los postulados de Michel de Certeau sobre la importancia que las prácticas sociales estratégicas y tácticas de los distintos agentes sociales urbanos tienen en la conformación de las ciudades contemporáneas en tanto productoras de urbanidad. En este sentido, la presente propuesta explora la paulatina pero creciente convergencia entre perspectivas estratégicas y miradas tácticas que posibilitan la conformación de un enfoque reflexivo en torno al desarrollo de grandes proyectos urbanos, promoviendo un mayor aprendizaje de su entorno y contexto.
其他摘要：In the past years, the progressive consolidation of an “emerging ‘urbanistic’ culture” has opened a discussion regarding the real relevance of large urban interventions, and especially the fact that these projects tend to generate isolated architectural objects, with no reference to the environment or the context, which promotes dispersion and territorial fragmentation. This discussion acts as a call to reconsider Michel de Certau’s position on the importance of strategic and tactical social praxis that originate from a variety of stake-holders involved in the production of urban space. In this regard, this article explores the gradually increasing convergence between the strategic perspectives and the tactical approaches that allow us to take a critical and reflexive look at urban projects, promoting a greater understanding of the environment and context where they are inserted.
