其他摘要:This study relates the satisfaction attributes of the collaborators of an electrical materials company, located in the West of Santa Catarina. The sampling is probabilistic and represents the census, once it includes 72 collaborators of the company, distributed in three focus groups: head office, branch 1 and branch 2. The technique of critical incident was adopted, and a questionnaire semi-structured with open questions was used to collect data. The answers were transformed in units of meaning and classified through the content analysis. Then, it was proceeded the quantitative phase. For better visualization, the data went by the analysis in main components (ACP). On one side, it was verified that the largest degree of the collaborators' satisfaction is related to the fact that they work in an organized company, that provides professional growth and motivates people formation with courses and trainings. For other, it was inferred that the dissatisfaction factors refer to the relationship among co-workers, to the lack of integration among sections and to the individuality.
