摘要：Dans cet entretien, Dima Nachawi parcourt son engagement dans le travail artistique et montre comment le conflit et l’obligation pour elle de quitter le territoire syrien pour se rendre en Grande Bretagne en tant que réfugiée a provoqué un tournant artistique. À partir de ce moment, il était pour elle fondamental de traiter de sujets liés à l’instabilité politique de son pays, mais aussi à sa condition de réfugiée. L’art est devenu alors pour elle un support visuel pour « lancer des messages » qu’elle souhaitait envoyer à ceux et celles resté-e-s au pays. Dès lors, Dima utilise les éléments biographiques pour produire des images d’espoir et promouvoir une « esthétique réparatrice » (Best 2016). L’écriture artistique de Dima Nachawi fait, par moment, penser à des dessins d’illustration pour l’enfance, ce qu’elle utilise dans le travail humanitaire, où elle est engagée en tant qu’artiste. L’art constitue pour elle un support de soutien, des images de résilience, une aide visuelle à la reconstruction.
其他摘要：In this interview, Dima Nachawi discusses her commitment to the artistic work and demonstrates how the conflict and the obligation for her to leave the Syrian territory to go to Great Britain as a refugee brought about an artistic turning point. From that moment, it has become critical for her to tackle issues related to the political instability of her country, but also to her own condition as a refugee. Art has then become for her a visual support for "sending out messages" that she wanted to send to those who remained in the country. From then on, Dima has been using biographical elements to produce images of hope and promote an "aesthetic of reparation" (Best 2016). Dima Nachawi’s artistic writing is, at times, reminiscent of illustrative drawings for children, which she uses in humanitarian work, where she is engaged both as artist and as a social activist. For her, art is a support, images of resilience, constitute a visual aid to reconstruction.
