摘要：O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar as atividades de lazer às quais as pessoas das Classes C, D e E se dedicam com maior freqüência e agrupá-las segundo faixa etária, renda média e gasto médio. O trabalho principia com uma introdução sobre o consumidor baixa renda e uma revisão teórica referente a lazer, seguida da descrição da metodologia empregada e seus principais achados. Na fase empírica, foram entrevistadas 449 pessoas residentes no município de São Paulo, com base em amostra probabilística. Os dados foram analisados utilizando-se análise fatorial e análise de agrupamentos (cluster). Os principais achados referem-se à heterogeneidade do comportamento dos grupos encontrados, mostrando que há necessidade de cuidado na referência ao segmento renda baixa.
其他摘要：In this paper we seek to identify the most frequent leisure activities of people from the C, D and E classes and to cluster them in three main groups: age, average income and average spending. The paper begins with an introduction on the low income consumers and a theoretical revision regarding leisure, followed by the description of the methodology used and our main findings. We utilized a sample of 449 interviews to people residing in São Paulo County, based on probabilistic sampling. The data was analyzed with factorial and cluster analysis. Our main findings refer to the heterogeneity of the behavior of the groups detected in the study, showing the need to look carefully to the low income class behavior.
