摘要：L'objectif de cet article est de présenter un aperçu de la situation sanitaire dans le Rio Grande do Norte, à partir de la distribution spatiale en cartes thématiques de certaines variables qui caractérisent l'État du point de vue institutionnel, des règles et des infrastructures d'assainissement, présentant la situation actuelle de l'approvisionnement en eau, l'assainissement, la gestion et la gestion des déchets solides et le drainage urbain et l'eau de pluie dans l'État. L'article discute également de l'importance de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des Plans Municipaux d'Assainissement de Base, instrument fondamental de la gestion municipale et qui a dans la loi fédérale 11.445 / 2007 sa base légale. Cette étude fait partie du "profil de recherche et de diagnostic socio-économique municipal" visant à améliorer l'expertise technique et les ressources humaines dans les plans d'assainissement municipaux de base, qui trouve son origine dans un terme mise en œuvre décentralisée (EDI) entre FUNASA et UFRN. Cela a abouti à une cartographie des principales variables analysées et une modélisation graphique qui cherche à symboliser les aspects importants pour une représentation et une discussion de l'assainissement de base dans l'état, en choisissant les structures fondamentales.
其他摘要：The objective of this article is to present a summary of the situation of basic sanitation in Rio Grande do Norte State, based on the spatial mapping of certain variables that characterize the state from the institutional point of view, the norms and infrastructures of sanitation services, presenting the current situation of water supply, sanitary sewage, management and management of solid waste and urban drainage and management of rainwater in the State. The article also discusses the importance of the elaboration and implementation of Municipal Plans of Basic Sanitation, fundamental instrument of municipal management and that has in federal law 11.445 / 2007 its legal basis. This study is part of the "Profile survey and municipal socioeconomic diagnosis" aiming at the improvement and technical specialization of human resources in municipal sanitation plans that originates in a Decentralized Execution Term (TED) between FUNASA and UFRN. This has resulted in a cartography of the main analyzed variables and a graphic modeling that seeks to symbolize important aspects for a representation and discussion of basic sanitation in the state, choosing the fundamental structures.
