摘要：A identidade que caracteriza os grupos de minorias políticas está associada às categorias pelas quais são eleitos como incompatíveis a uma hegemonia política. Objetiva-se compreender o fenômeno da representatividade associada a minorias políticas por meio da realização de uma revisão sistemática da literatura brasileira, bem como a reflexão e a problematização dos conceitos levantados. Os descritores utilizados foram “representatividade” e “identidade”, nas bases de dados IndexPsi, Pepsic, Scielo e Portal de Periódicos da Capes, com recorte temporal de 2000 a 2018. Incluíram-se 35 artigos os quais apresentavam relação dos descritores a grupos sociais no resumo. O conceito de representatividade apresenta dificuldade de padronização, dada complexidade das relações sociais, exigindo a eleição de autores influentes nas camadas políticas e culturais no reconhecimento identitário do grupo e na defesa de seus interesses, na superação dos sentimentos iminentes às desigualdades e na reformulação das relações de poder.
其他摘要：The identity that characterizes political minorities is associated with categories through which
they are characterized as incompatible. The objective is to understand the phenomenon of
representativeness associated with political minorities by conducting a systematic review of
the Brazilian literature, as well as the reflection and problematization of the concepts raised.
The descriptors are "representativeness" and "identity" in the databases IndexPsi, Pepsic, Scielo and Capes Publications, for the time period 2000-2018. In all, 35 articles were included,
which presented descriptors to social groups in the abstract. The concept of representativeness, as an empowerment social mechanism of minority groups, presents difficulties of standardization given the complexity of social relations; demanding the election of influential authors in the political and cultural layers in the recognition of the identity of the group and in
the defense of their own interests, in overcoming feelings imminent to inequalities and in the
reformulation of power relations.
