摘要：The article presents the legislative and regulatory framework that guarantees the right to an accessible environment, highlights the practical issues of creating a barrier-free environment for various groups of people with disabilities. The current standards that establish the main requirements for the implementation of project solutions aimed at the free movement of disabled people and other low-mobility groups in the urban environment are analyzed.
