摘要：Many factors influence what organizational and technological decisions will be made to ensure the safety of buildings and structures. The authors considered factors reflecting their full characteristics. Based on the regulatory documentation used in the design of buildings and structures for the section of design documentation “Structural and space-planning decisions”, the types of safety that are influenced by the design decisions are determined, factors for each type of safety are determined, and safety factors are ranked by importance.
