  • 摘要:The development of the international market intensifies communication which increases the importance of their rational organization, as well as cross-cultural competence of participants in such interactions. The article provides a definition of cross-cultural competence. There are described the types of communicative audience of the company. It is defined a set of organizational and methodological support for programs to improve cross-cultural communication managers of the international company.
