摘要：En este artículo se analiza la evolución legislativa del sector de la seguridad privada en España, en los últimos veinte años.En primer lugar, se realiza un análisis de la génesis de la ley de 1992 sobre seguridad privada, evaluando el contexto social y las razones que generaron la necesidad de una legislación.Posteriormente, se evaluará el contexto social y la evolución del sector durante los últimos 20 años para valorar la nueva Ley de Seguridad Privada promulgada en 2014.Esta comparación permitirá identificar la filosofía inspiradora de cada una de estas normas y delimitar el lugar que ocupa el sector de la seguridad privada en la gestión de la seguridad ciudadana en España.
其他摘要：This article analyzes the legal evolution of the private security sector in Spain over the last twenty years. First, it analyzes the origin of the 1992 law governing private security, evaluating the social context and the reasons that gave rise to the need for legislation on this matter. Next, it assesses the social context and evolution of the sector during the subsequent 20 years to evaluate the new Private Security Act of 2014.This comparison makes it possible to identify the philosophy that inspired each of these regulations, and to describe the place that the private security sector occupies in managing citizen security in Spain.
