摘要：Este artigo pretende contribuir com a discussão sobre questão energética, políticas públicas e direitos humanos.Para tal, vamos apresentar o projeto Veredas Sol e Lares como uma experiência de pesquisa e desenvolvimento tecnológico (P&D) que problematiza o modelo energético hegemônico a partir da realidade de comunidades do Vale do Jequitinhonha (Minas Gerais) e da produção de energia solar fotovoltaica.Nesta oportunidade, um dos focos será a discussão sobre a relação entre a questão energética e a qualidade de vida no espaço rural, passando pela problematização do processo histórico que produziu o Vale com uma região “problema”, das políticas públicas e desafios no sentido de efetivar acesso à energia, água e a moradia digna como direito humano.
其他摘要：This article intends to contribute to the discussion about energy issues, human rights and public politics. For this purpose, we will present the Veredas Sol and Lares project as an experience of research and technological development (P&D). This project problematizes the hegemonic energy model based on the reality of communities in the Vale do Jequitinhonha (Minas Gerais) and the production of photovoltaic solar energy. At this opportunity, one of the focus will be the discussion about the relationship between energy issues and the quality of life in the rural space. The discussion will emphasise the problematization of the historical process that produced the speech about Vale does Jequitinhonha as a "problem" region. As well, we will debate about public politics and challenges in order to active the access of energy, water and decent housing as a human right.
