摘要：O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar os conflitos socioambientais motivados pelo acesso à água no
hidroterritório do Gorutuba, nordeste de Minas Gerais, onde o acesso é desigual e controlado. A
metodologia utilizada está fundamentada em pesquisa bibliográfica, e na realização de entrevistas
com agricultores rurais, canaleiros e técnicos locais, com a finalidade de analisar o processo de
relação destes com o território, bem como a identificação dos conflitos relacionados ao acesso à
água. Verificou-se até o momento que os conflitos socioambientais têm procedência nas relações de
poder historicamente cultuadas. Estas relações se re-atualizam, sobretudo em períodos de estiagens
prolongadas, indicando a presença de conflitos distintos, que envolvem tanto a qualidade quanto a
quantidade de água.
其他摘要：The work aims to present the socio-environmental conflicts motivated by access to water in the Gorutuba hydro-territory, northeast of Minas Gerais State, where this access is unequal and controlled. The methodology used is based on bibliographical research, interviews with rural farmers, canal diggers and local technicians, with the purpose of analyzing the process of their relationship with the territory, as well as the identification of conflicts related to access to water. It has been verified up to the moment that the socio-environmental conflicts have originated in the relations of power historically practised. These relationships re-actualise themselves, especially in periods of long drought, indicating the presence of distinct conflicts involving both quality and quantity of water.
