摘要：Neste artigo, afirma-se que o Estado de Rondônia deve ter uma melhor implementação e aplicação de métodos de justiça restaurativa.Argumenta-se que a noção tradicional de crime e punição não está alcançando os objetivos a que se propõe.O número crescente de encarceramentos, juntamente com a escalada do crime, prova a ineficácia do paradigma da justiça retributiva.A justiça restaurativa é apresentada como uma alternativa.
其他摘要：Abstract In this article it is claimed that the state of Rondônia should have a better implementation and application of methods of restorative justice. It is argued that traditional notion of crime and punishment is not achieving the goals it proposes. The increasing numbers of incarceration, alongside with the escalation of crime, proves the inefficacy of the retributive justice paradigm. Restorative justice is presented as an alternative.
