摘要：Por ocasião dos 100 anos da Revolução Russa, pretendo discutir neste artigo alguns aspectos da legislação bolchevique sobre família na Rússia, de modo articulado à apresentação breve dos debates acerca do lugar da “questão das mulheres” no projeto socialista.
