摘要:This article is the result of a reflection on the evolution of illustrated children’s books, considering the book as an object in itself, an object that oversteps limits and that is reinvented day after day. We focus on how authors and editors transgress standards and break book binding rules that were considered as immovable by tradition, transforming peritexts (Genette, 2001) into key components for the reconstruction of meanings.
