摘要：Представлены результаты анализа опыта регулирования порядка получения добровольного информированного согласия (отказа) на профилактические прививки в ряде зарубежных стран и в России. Делается заключение о несовершенстве учетной формы информированного согласия на вакцинацию и необходимости изменения подхода к его оформлению в России.
其他摘要：The results of the analysis of the experience of regulatory method of receiving voluntary informed consent (refusal) of preventive vaccinations in some foreign countries and in Russia were presented in this article. The conclusion about the imperfection of accounting form of informed consent for vaccination and conclusion of necessity to change this approach for its formalization in Russia are made.
