摘要：A questão da interatividade em ambientes informáticos tem sido tratada de forma elástica e confusa. Nesse sentido, baseando-se em estudos de comunicação interpessoal, o texto apresenta dois tipos de interação: a mútua e a reativa. Esses dois tipos interativos são analisados quanto às seguintes dimensões: sistema, processo, operação, fluxo, throughput¸ relação e interface.

Hoping to clarify a little bit that matter, this text distinguishes interactivity as being one of two types, either mutual or reactive, each one of them being examined with respect to the following dimensions: system, process, operation, flux, throughput, relationship and interface.
