摘要:For the first time in Spain, an assessment of the quality of ageing in the workplace was carried out using the QAW questionnaire, with n.= 744 valid answers.This tool analyzes workers’ extra-organizational and intra-organizational factors, that configure the perceived quality in the workplace, and it includes the weighting of the influence of age on these perceptions of the quality of the work environment. The results show a relevant influence of the age factor in the perceived quality of employment, suggesting management actions of well-being and health.
