摘要：The decentralization as one of the structuring guidelines for the Brazilian health policy (SUS), consisting of actions and regional and hierarchical health services.In a dynamic and flexible way, using the regulation operational tool, it enables the most adequate alternative care to the user’s needs in a fair, orderly and qualified way, subject to judicial review.The current paper aims to report a case in which the access regulation to a bilateral cleft patient of lip and palate, judicial, was required by the prosecutor.This approach allows a better appliance of public funds and the total attendance to the minor, according to SUS.
