摘要：The goal of this study is to understand how the right to health of users of the health system is assured in Brazil.This is a descriptive exploratory study, data were collected through literature review, based on the principles of the Health System Users´ Chart of Rights (2006).Authors found 26 citations regarding issues concerning the rights of health users in 10 articles.Among the total citations, 17 were from five papers published prior to the Charter and nine of them from five papers published after the Charter.Authors found the highest number of citations (9) about the third principle, which is related to humanization issues and emphasizes that every citizen is entitled to a humanized care, friendly and free from any discrimination.
