摘要:The proposed study refers to an area of increasing development in the country, known as forensic entomology. As a relatively new area within the forensic sciences, there are few records of scavenger biodiversity in Natal/RN.This research conducted a survey of the major families of forensic interest, as related to the abiotic factor insolation, checking factors such as sun and shade may interfere with the ecological succession and decomposition process. For that lures beef decomposed in the forest area of the 7th Engineer Battalion Combat Natal / RN were exposed. The experiment took place during the fall, with 02 traps set out under the condition of sun and 02 under the condition of shade. He collected a total of 429 copies in four traps flies Muscoid being 343 adults and 30 families belonging to other arthropods (ants and bees) and 56 were not identified or were damaged. Thus , we emphasize the importance of this and more in-depth studies on the scavenger fauna in this region , since the present study was only an introduction to the knowledge of the factors sun / shade as interfering in the process of decomposition and insect abundance in this area forest in the region.
