摘要：The bloodstain analysis at crime scenes of violent death can help to establish the dynamics of criminal events and the differential diagnosis of the fact that resulted in death, contributing to the crime solution.Bloodstains establish patterns that allow the crime scene investigator to make valuable assessments and to understand the criminal fact.In this context, this study aimed to report the bloodstain patterns analysis in a not preserved crime scene, in a case of first degree murder perpetrated by gunshots.In the face of the elements collected at crime scene, the bloodstain patterns analysis assisted in establishing the dynamics of the criminal event and in determining the alteration of the final immobilization state of the victims body.
