摘要：Enfocamos este articulo a la investigación de los principales problemas que de acuerdo a varios autores se presentan en las empresas familiares, en su mayoría Pymes, las circunstancias familiares dificultan la resolución de dichos problemas por lo cual hemos propuesto enfocar el Kaizen o mejora continua como una metodología que permita solventar las barreras que dificultan el desenvolvimiento de una empresa familiar, la mejora continua cuenta con el apoyo de muchas herramientas que son principalmente enfocadas a la solución de procesos industriales, pero la filosofía de Kaizen se puede aplicar a cualquier tipo de problema así con este articulo intentamos mejorar la gestión en empresas familiares y atacar los principales problemas que estas enfrentan.
其他摘要：We focus this article to the investigation of the main problems that according to several authors are presented in the family companies, mostly SMEs, the familiar circumstances make difficult the resolution of these problems for which we have proposed to focus the Kaizen or continuous improvement as a methodology that allows to solve the barriers that hinder the development of a family business, continuous improvement is supported by many tools that are mainly focused on the solution of industrial processes, but the philosophy of Kaizen can be applied to any kind of problem as well with this article we try to improve the management in familiar companies and to attack the main problems that they face.
