摘要：Jasa konstruksi mempunyai peranan pen Ɵ ng dan strategis dalam menghasilkan prasarana dan sarana yang berfungsi mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan berbagai bidang. Dalam mendukung tujuan pembangunan tersebut, pengembangan jasa konstruksi diarahkan untuk memiliki daya saing dan struktur usaha kokoh yang tercermin dengan terwujudnya kemitraan yang sinergis antar penyedia jasa, baik yang berskala besar, menengah, dan kecil, maupun yang berkuali fi kasi umum, spesialis, dan terampil. Permasalahan yang diteli Ɵ adalah bagaimana kondisi pengaturan jasa konstruksi saat ini dan bagaimana arah pembaharuan regulasi konstruksi di masa depan dalam mewujudkan struktur usaha yang kokoh, andal, berdaya saing Ɵ nggi dan hasil pekerjaan konstruksi yang berkulitas. Dengan menggunakan metode peneli Ɵ an norma Ɵ f empirik dihasilkan dapat diketahui bahwa kondisi jasa usaha konstruksi pada saat ini belum mewujudkan struktur usaha jasa konstruksi yang kokoh, andal, berdaya saing Ɵ nggi. Regulasi jasa konstruksi saat ini belum memadai sehingga perlu segera dilakukan pembaharuan regulasi mengenai hal ini.Construc Ɵ on services have an important and strategic role in producing a func Ɵ oning infrastructure and facili Ɵ es to support growth and development of various fi elds. In support of these development objec Ɵ ves, development of construc Ɵ on services geared to be compe Ɵ Ɵ ve and have a solid business structure that is re fl ected by the establishment of a synergis Ɵ c partnership between service providers, both large-scale, medium, and small, as well as a public, specialists, and skilled service providers. The problems studied are the condi Ɵ on of the current regula Ɵ on of construc Ɵ on services; and how to reform the regula Ɵ on of construc Ɵ on in the future in crea Ɵ ng a solid business structure, reliable and highly compe Ɵ Ɵ ve and quali fi ed construc Ɵ on work outcome. By using norma Ɵ ve empirical research method, can be seen that the condi Ɵ on of the construc Ɵ on business services nowadays have not crea Ɵ ng a solid, reliable and highly compe Ɵ Ɵ ve business structure. Regula Ɵ on of construc Ɵ on services is currently inadequate to treat the condi Ɵ on so it need an immediate regulatory reform.
