摘要:The main purpose of this study is to understand how universities manage inclusive education. The research makes a qualitative descriptive analysis of inclusive measures which are conducted by universities in Bogotá-Colombia. The investigation was carried out in three phases. First of all an international review of literature was carried out; secondly a qualitative approach to experiences of four universities in Bogota-Colombia was made, and thirdly some recommendations based on the results were issued. Findings showed that Inclusive education at the Universities is an educational vision that has gained strength all over the world (in Colombia as well) but important efforts are still required in order to fully realizing it. This is particularly important in matters related with accessibility, pedagogical practices, and reasonable accommodations. Finally, some recommendations for improvement of inclusive higher education are presented.
