摘要：From the beginning and development of the Independent Living Movement, people with functional diversity became aware of their rights as citizens. One of these is the right to live independently and to be included in the community. To make it real, personal assistance is fundamental. With the arrival of this movement to Europe and thanks to its demands, different personal assistance initiatives have been launched and national regulations to regulate this resource have been approved. In this article we analyse the public policies on personal assistance that are being implemented in Sweden and their comparison with those existing in our country.
