摘要：This article is devoted to the study of the process of digitalization of local governments of Berdyansk (Berdyansk United Territorial Community) for the period 1994-2020 by analyzing the relevant regulations from the official website of Berdyansk City Council.Based on the results of the analysis, the key tasks and functions of the structural subdivisions of the executive committee of the Berdyansk City Council aimed at digitalization of local self-government bodies were identified. The main historical directions of informatization and digital transformation of local self-government bodies of Berdyansk are revealed. The basic preconditions for digitalization of a local self-government body are outlined.
