摘要：Esse estudo tem por objetivo descrever segundo a literatura as manifestações clínicas da Lesão Renal Aguda em pacientes internados em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva e as principais intervenções de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados: BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCIELO, SCOPUS e Web of Science, com corte temporal de 2010 a 2020. Como resultado das pesquisas, encontrou-se 264 publicações, das quais 10 artigos foram incluídos na revisão conforme os critérios de elegibilidade estabelecidos. Posteriormente, correlacionou-se, por categorias, as manifestações clínicas apontadas nos estudos aos sistemas corpóreos atingidos por essas. Deste modo, pode-se evidenciar que os portadores de Lesão Renal Aguda podem manifestar diversos sinais e sintomas originários tanto de alterações fisiopatológicas, quanto das condutas terapêuticas selecionadas para seu tratamento. Em relação às intervenções de enfermagem, notou-se o direcionamento dessas, principalmente para a monitorização e controle da volemia sanguínea e dos distúrbios hidroeletrolíticos secundários ao quadro. Ademais, tornou-se notória a amplitude e relevância da atuação do enfermeiro no processo de identificação precoce, prevenção e no tratamento de pacientes com Lesão Renal Aguda internados em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva.
其他摘要：This study aims to describe, according to the literature, the clinical manifestations of Acute Kidney Injury in patients hospitalized in Intensive Care Units and the main nursing interventions. This is an integrative review carried out on the databases: BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, PUBMED, SCIELO, SCOPUS and Web of Science, with a time cut from 2010 to 2020. As a result of the researches, 264 publications were found, of which 10 articles were included in the review according to the established eligibility criteria. Subsequently, the clinical manifestations identified in the studies were correlated by categories with the body systems affected by these. Thus, it can be evidenced that patients with Acute Kidney Injury can manifest several signs and symptoms originating both from the pathophysiological changes and from the therapeutic approaches selected for their treatment. In relation to nursing interventions, it was noted that these were directed, mainly for monitoring and control of blood volume and hydroelectrolytic disorders secondary to the condition. In addition, the extent and relevance of nurses' performance in the process of early identification, prevention and treatment of patients with Acute Kidney Injury admitted to Intensive Care Units has become known.
