摘要：O presente artigo teve como temática a descrição dos Determinantes Sociais da Saúde à luz da Teoria de Intervenção Práxica da Enfermagem em Saúde Coletiva (TIPESC), objetivando relatar uma ação em uma comunidade cristã que busca identificar e compreender as contradições da realidade objetiva e os determinantes sociais do processo saúde-doença encontrados no local e que podem ser sistematizados pela TIPESC. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa, do tipo relato de experiência, realizado por meio da observação de uma comunidade cristã, levando em consideração o conceito de processo saúde-doença e a categoria dimensional usada pela teoria, em sua primeira etapa, para captação da realidade objetiva. Durante a visita a comunidade foi possível observar e interpretar a realidade desses indivíduos confirmando o que estabelece a teoria que compreende a importância dos determinantes sociais no bem-estar dos indivíduos. Desse modo, constatou-se que os entrevistados possuíam uma realidade a qual propiciava uma menor qualidade de vida. Em virtude dos fatos mencionados, a análise dos aspectos descritivos sobre as variáveis que influenciam no processo saúde-doença, foi possível consolidar o entendimento a respeito da importância da sistematização da assistência em enfermagem na saúde coletiva, bem como obter uma visão mais ampla a respeito da saúde coletiva e a compreensão da dinâmica na qual a assistência de enfermagem ocorre na prática, tanto no âmbito individual como no coletivo.
其他摘要：This article had as its theme the description of Social Determinants of Health in the light of the Theory of Praxic Intervention in Nursing in Collective Health (TIPESC), aiming to report an action in a Christian community that seeks to identify and understand the contradictions of objective reality and the determinants aspects of the health-disease process found at the site and which can be systematized by TIPESC. It is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, an experience report type, carried out through the observation of a Christian community, taking into account the concept of the health-disease process and the dimensional category used by the theory, in its first stage, to capture objective reality. During the visit the community was able to observe and interpret the reality of these individuals, confirming what establishes the theory that understands the importance of social determinants in the well-being of individuals. Thus, it was found that the interviewees had a reality which provided a lower quality of life. Due to the mentioned facts, the analysis of the descriptive aspects about the variables that influence the health-disease process, it was possible to consolidate the understanding regarding the importance of the systematization of nursing care in public health, as well as to obtain a broader view about it collective health and the understanding of the dynamics in which nursing care occurs in practice, both individually and collectively.
