摘要：Trata-se de relato de experiência vivenciado em escola pública estadual de Niterói - RJ, onde foram desenvolvidas ações de educação em saúde relacionadas à puberdade e anatomia feminina e masculina, além de temas ligados à sexualidade, como prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST) e gravidez. Objetivo: descrever a prática de promoção da saúde e educação sexual para os alunos do ensino médio, com base no conhecimento do campo de saúde coletiva. Método: pesquisa de cunho qualitativo-descritiva, do tipo relato de experiência. Recursos como palestras e slides, rodas de discussão foram utilizados para auxiliar a compreensão dos conteúdos. Conclusão: a dinâmica contribuiu para a formação dos graduandos de enfermagem e compreensão da visão dos adolescentes sobre conhecimento de seus corpos, e como lidam com a sexualidade. Foi possível entender as funções dinâmica que o enfermeiro deve apresentar ao lidar com a comunidade.
其他摘要：This is an experience report from a state public school in Niterói - RJ, where health education actions related to puberty and female and male anatomy were developed, in addition to themes related to sexuality, such as the prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STI) and pregnancy. Objective: describe the health promotion practice and sex education for high school students, based on knowledge of the collective health field. Method: qualitative-descriptive research, type of experience report. Resources such as lectures and slides, discussion wheels were used to help understand the contents. Conclusion: the dynamics contributed to the training of nursing students and understanding of the adolescents' view of knowledge of their bodies, and how they deal with sexuality. It was possible to understand the dynamic functions that the nurse must present when dealing with the community.
