摘要：Objetivo: Analisar as produções científicas sobre os cuidados direcionados à manutenção do vínculo familiar no processo do cuidado em pacientes na unidade de terapia intensiva. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica do tipo integrativa realizada por meio de acesso as base de dados Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciElo) e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (Lilacs), foram incluídos estudos no idioma português, que abordavam o tema proposto publicados entre 2009 a 2018. Resultados: Foram incluídos onze estudos. A reflexão acerca do tema permite inferir que é necessário ofertar serviços de saúde que atendam as demandas da escuta, do toque e da sensibilidade juntamente com o conhecimento científico, promovendo o bem-estar dos internados nas unidades de tratamento intensivo. Considerações finais: A análise nos permite inferir que as relações interpessoais existentes entre a família e o paciente podem auxiliar no processo da evolução e melhora clínica do paciente na unidade de terapia intensiva.
其他摘要：Objective: To analyze the scientific productions on care aimed at maintaining the family bond in the care process for patients in the intensive care unit. Method: This is an integrative bibliographic review carried out through access to the Scientific Electronic Electronic Library Online (SciElo) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (Lilacs) databases, studies in Portuguese were included. , which addressed the proposed theme published between 2009 and 2018. Results: Eleven studies were included. Reflection on the theme allows us to infer that it is necessary to offer health services that meet the demands of listening, touch and sensitivity together with scientific knowledge, promoting the well-being of inpatients in intensive care units. Final considerations: The analysis allows us to infer that the interpersonal relationships existing between the family and the patient can assist in the process of evolution and clinical improvement of the patient in the intensive care unit.
