摘要：Duas das características marcantes da sociedade no século XXI têm sido o aumento progressivo da população idosa e o avanço cada vez mais intenso das tecnologias de informação e comunicação. Este estudo objetivou apresentar uma revisão integrativa da literatura científica sobre o tema relação entre avós e netos diante das novas tecnologias no Brasil e em Portugal, buscando conhecer como tecnologias de informação para netos e avós; descrever uma relação dos avos que acompanham o crescimento dos netos através do espaço virtual; e identifique a percepção dos dados em relação ao comportamento dos avós diante das novas tecnologias. Utilizou-se artigos publicados em fontes de impacto, de modo a permitir um maior direcionamento de pesquisas sobre esta temática e discutir como tendências apontadas por estas publicações, bem como as perspectivas de produção na área. Foram selecionados artigos indexados nas bases de dados nacionais e internacionais, entre 2011 e 2019. Como mostrado, pode-se observar quais são as tendências para o uso de ferramentas viabilizáveis e promover relações afetivas e solidárias entre duas vezes; fornece uma aquisição de competências básicas para interação / comunicação; desenvolver uma cooperação e confiança, fazer com que essa relação seja fortalecida ou com o tempo pela proximidade e cumplicidade entre os atores familiares, que não dialogam no ciberespaço e fortalecem os relacionamentos afetivos e intergeracionais.
其他摘要：Two of the outstanding characteristics of society in the 21st century have been the progressive increase in the elderly population and the increasingly intense advance of information and communication technologies. This study aimed to present an integrative review of the scientific literature on the theme of the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren in the face of new technologies in Brazil and Portugal, seeking to learn about information technologies for grandchildren and grandparents; describe the relationship of grandparents who accompany the growth of grandchildren through the virtual space; and identify the perception of grandchildren in relation to the behavior of grandparents as to new technologies. It was used articles published in sources of impact in order to enable a greater direction of research on this theme and discuss the trends pointed out by these publications as well as the production prospects in the area. Articles indexed were selected from data base nationals and internationals, from 2011 to 2019. It was observed that the use of these tools turns possible approximation and promotes affective relationships and solidarity between the two generations; provides the acquisition of basic skills for interaction / communication; it develops cooperation and trust, which makes this relationship stronger over time due to proximity and complicity between family actors, who dialogue in cyberspace and strengthen affective and intergenerational ties.
