摘要：O conceito de infância é difundido em diversas áreas do conhecimento e do senso comum. É por meio de uma construção social, ao longo dos séculos, que podemos entender o lugar que o conhecimento sobre a infância e as crianças ocupam na contemporaneidade. A partir disso, o papel em que vão ocupando no decorrer de toda a sua história, está relacionado com a implementação de políticas públicas voltadas para infância e condizente com a realidade atual. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica da literatura, de abordagem qualitativa e caráter descritivo com objetivo de relatar as ações do enfermeiro frente a violência infantil e descrever considerações relevante frente a violência infantil. A partir dessa leitura preliminar, foram selecionados 17 artigos que mantinham coerência com os descritores acima apresentados e com os objetivos do estudo. Posterior à leitura reflexiva emergiram três categorias: Demandas para atenção à saúde da criança frente a violência; Repercussões da violência infantil no crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança; Contribuições da Enfermagem na assistência à criança vítima de Violência. Uma vez criadas às categorias de análise, partiu-se para a fase final de inferência e discussão dos dados obtidos, mediante o respaldo obtido através da articulação entre o conteúdo verificado nas produções científicas e a atitude crítico-reflexiva dos pesquisadores. Conclui-se que é necessária habilidade do profissional enfermeiro na identificação de casos de abuso, seja ele sexual, violência doméstica entre outros, do mesmo jeito que é fundamental estar alerta e reconhecer prenúncio e condutas suspeitas.
其他摘要：The concept of childhood is widespread in several areas of knowledge and common sense. It is through a social construction, over the centuries, that you can understand the place that knowledge about childhood and children occupies today. Based on this, the role that will occupy the course of its entire history is related to the implementation of public policies aimed at childhood and the current reality. This is a bibliographic review of the literature, with a qualitative and descriptive approach in order to relate how nurses' actions in the face of child violence and describe relevant considerations in the face of child violence. From this preliminary reading, 17 articles were selected that maintain consistency with the descriptors presented above and with the objectives of the study. After reflective reading, three categories emerged: Requirements for child health care in the face of violence; Repercussions of child violence on the child's growth and development; Nursing Contributions in the assistance to the child victim of Violence. Once started in the analysis categories, it moves on to the final stage of inference and discussion of the data used, using the backing or using the articulation between the content recorded in the scientific productions and a critical-reflexive attitude of the researchers. It is concluded that it is necessary the professional skill of a nurse in the identification of cases of abuse, whether sexual, domestic violence, among others, the same way that it is fundamental to be alert and recognize suspicious foreshadows and conduct.
