摘要：Objetivo: identificar na literatura as dificuldades encontradas na adesão à lista de verificação de cirurgia segura nos hospitais para o aumento da segurança do paciente em organizações de saúde com centro cirúrgico. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura que buscou verificar as dificuldades encontradas para adesão à lista de verificação de cirurgia segura nos hospitais. Resultados: constatou-se que há unanimidade quanto a importância da utilização das listas de checagem nas cirurgias, tendo uma das literaturas apontado a ocorrência de evento adverso em unidade em que não havia a sua implementação. Identificou-se a falta de treinamentos voltados para a inserção da lista de verificação nas ações educativas institucionais, sendo a principal dificuldade apontada a falta de recursos humanos para condução da checagem em várias salas cirúrgicas e as múltiplas cirurgias realizadas simultaneamente. Pôde-se depreender ainda a existência do entendimento de que o uso da lista de verificação pode gerar desconforto no profissional que o conduz. Não foram identificadas relações entre eventos adversos em pacientes cirúrgicos e a implementação das listas de checagem. Conclusão: o uso da lista de verificação é negligenciado em seu preenchimento e existem inúmeras dificuldades para sua implementação, além da falta de motivação para sua efetiva inserção por equipes cirúrgicas. Evidenciou-se a ausência de uma cultura de registro/notificação segundo a literatura analisada, condição que pode interferir no gerenciamento de indicadores voltados à implantação da meta “cirurgia segura” e melhores práticas nessas unidades.
其他摘要：Objective: to identify in the literature the difficulties encountered in adhering to the safe surgery checklist in hospitals to increase patient safety in health organizations with surgical centers. Method: This is an integrative review of the literature that sought to verify the difficulties encountered in adherence to the safe surgery checklist in hospitals. Results: It was found that there is unanimity regarding the importance of using checklists in surgeries, with one of the literature pointing out the occurrence of an adverse event in a unit where there was no implementation. It was identified the lack of training aimed at the insertion of the checklist in institutional educational actions, being the main difficulty pointed out the lack of human resources to conduct the checklist in several operating rooms and the multiple surgeries performed simultaneously. It was also possible to understand that the use of the checklist can generate discomfort in the professional who conducts it. No relationships were identified between adverse events in surgical patients and the implementation of checklists. Conclusion: the use of the checklist is neglected in its completion and there are numerous difficulties for its implementation, besides the lack of motivation for its effective insertion by surgical teams. The absence of a culture of registration/notification according to the analyzed literature was evidenced, a condition that can interfere in the management of indicators aimed at the implementation of the goal "safe surgery" and best practices in these units.
