摘要：The article presents the results of the research of ecologization of housing and communal services in Ukraine and distinguishes their characteristic features. It develops the method of integrated assessment of the level of ecologization of housing and communal services and calculates it in Ukrainian regions. The concept of ecologization of housing and communal services is formed, which is based on the model of sustainable development. It offers financial and economic instruments for stimulating the development of Ukrainian housing and communal services.
